Welcome to the on-line UTHSC Academic and Event Scheduling Calendar!
To view events or check for available space, click the "Browse" link in the top navigation bar to select from these options:
- Browse Events - displays a listing of scheduled events in daily, weekly or monthly views
- Browse for Space - displays events in a grid view and can be used to easily identify available space
Schedules are included for the Computer Labs, GEB, Coleman, Link, Kaplan Clinical Skills Center, SAC and for the College of Pharmacy space on the Memphis, Knoxville and Nashville campuses. You may filter your search to a specific building by clicking "Filter" on any view.
Please Note: On-line reservations can only be made for GEB lecture/classroom space within 3 days out at this time. All other spaces are view only.
The Scheduling Office will make every effort to respond to requests within 48 business hours. If you have not received any correspondence concerning your request at the end of this time period, please contact the office at 901-448-6960.
Reservations are not approved until you receive a confirmation notice.
